Our client, a leading company in the aquafeed industry, is seeking a Production Process Manager to oversee, optimize, and continuously improve production processes, ensuring the smooth operation of the plant and the consistent quality of products.
📌 Location: Corinthos
🖋️ Reporting to: Plant Manager
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and coordinate daily production activities, ensuring smooth operations and compliance with product specifications
- Adjust and control process parameters and equipment performance to maintain efficiency and product quality
- Collaborate closely with the Production Management and Quality Control teams to optimize performance, troubleshoot technical issues, and implement process improvements
- Analyze production data to identify opportunities for loss reduction, efficiency enhancement, and quality assurance
- Participate in the training and guidance of production staff on technical procedures and safety practices
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental protection standards within the production area.
Requirements
👥 Candidate profile:
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering is a must
- Proven experience in industrial food production, ideally within the animal feed or aquafeed sector
- Strong understanding of industrial equipment and automation systems
- Excellent computer skills (MS Office, ERP systems, production monitoring tools)
