On behalf of our client, a leading manufacturing company based in Evia, we are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Production Manager to join their team and oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring that production targets, quality standards, and safety requirements are consistently achieved.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise the execution of the production program and implement corrective actions when required.
  • Overseeing the entire production process, ensuring efficiency, quality, and timely completion of products.
  • Working closely with production planning to schedule production activities, managing workflow, and addressing any production-related issues.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement and achievement of departmental KPIs.
  • Recommend modifications and/or investments to upgrade systems and processes in order to enhance efficiency and reduce operating costs.
  • Lead, train, and motivate production teams to maintain high standards of performance and safety.
  • Collaborate with the Quality Assurance, Maintenance, and Supply Chain departments to ensure smooth operations.
  • Enforce compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and environmental standards.
  • Manage production budgets, control costs, and optimize the use of materials and labor.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives and support lean manufacturing principles.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of relevant working experience within an industrial/manufacturing environment (ideally in FMCG industry).
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Solid understanding of manufacturing processes, quality control, and safety standards.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational abilities.
  • Results-driven, proactive, and action-oriented mindset.
  • Very good understanding of budget planning, monitoring, and cost control.
  • Proficiency with ERP systems and production planning tools is a plus.
