As a Product Manager, you will lead the development of intelligent solutions that streamline trade fund planning, negotiation, and execution for enterprise clients. This role blends strategic thinking, cross-functional collaboration, and deep domain expertise in retail and trade management. DemandTec is a growing global company specializing in SaaS Lifecycle Pricing and Trade Fund Optimization.

In this role, you’ll serve as the technical bridge between business needs and engineering execution. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, data science, professional services, sales, and support teams to deliver scalable, high-performing solutions. We’re seeking someone who thrives on solving complex problems, translating market signals into actionable product strategy, and driving alignment across stakeholders. 

Requirements

What will you do: 

·       Own the product strategy and roadmap for trade fund negotiation, remittance and budgeting capabilities within our SaaS platform.

·       Collaborate with engineering, UX, data science, and commercial teams to deliver impactful solutions.

·       Translate complex B2B negotiation workflows into intuitive product features and user experiences.

·       Engage with customers and partners to gather insights and validate product direction.

·       Define and prioritize product requirements, manage the backlog, and drive Agile ceremonies.

·       Ensure compliance with financial and regulatory standards related to trade fund management.

·       Lead go-to-market planning and support enablement for new features and enhancements.

·       Monitor competitive landscape and industry trends to inform product strategy.

·       Some travel will be required

Essentials skills: 

·       5+ years of experience in Product Management

·       Experience with retail, CPG, or B2B trade fund or promotion systems.

·       Understanding of trade promotion management, fund allocation, and negotiation workflows.

·       Strong analytical skills and familiarity with financial modeling and ROI analysis.

·       Ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders across business and technical domains.

·       Experience with Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).

·       Excellent communication skills and customer empathy.

·       Familiarity with SaaS platforms, APIs, and cloud-native architectures.
