As a Technical Product Manager, you’ll help shape the future of lifecycle pricing solutions for global retailers. In this role, you’ll serve as the technical bridge between business needs and engineering execution. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, data science, professional services, sales, and support teams to deliver scalable, high-performing solutions. We’re seeking someone who thrives on solving complex problems, translating market signals into actionable product strategy, and driving alignment across stakeholders.
Requirements
What will you do:
· Understand and discuss the technologies implemented by the engineering teams
· Translate business needs into technical requirements
· Evaluate technical tradeoffs to make informed decisions about architecture, scalability and performance
· Define and communicate solutions aligned with the company goals and vision
· Prioritize roadmap features with an understanding of how it will impact our customers’ and company’s needs
· Work closely with other Product Management and Engineers, writing feature specifications, driving alignment of requirements and cross team dependencies
· Partner with our UI/UX, Marketing and Sales teams to validate the market and successful feature launch
· Work closing with customers to validate solution design, requirements and expectations
· Define success metrics to track adoption, engagement and retention
· Assist Engineering to prioritize and resolve customer production issues
Essentials and nice to have skills:
· 5+ years of experience in Product Management
· BS in Computer Science is preferred
· Detail oriented, self-starting, results-driven individual
· Strong communication skills, with the ability to adjust to your audience
· Don't be afraid to go against the usual while inspiring others and be confident in your decisions
· Strong interpersonal, team and client relationship-building skills
· Experience with Scrum, Kanban, or other Agile hybrid models; writing user stories and managing backlogs
· Have a cloud-native mindset with an understanding of a SaaS infrastructure (i.e. Azure), microservices and CI/CD pipelines
· Ability to understand and define RESTful APIs and third-party integrations
· Be familiar with data privacy regulations (i.e. GDPR, SOC2) and how it will affect product design and decisions
· Be aware of changing industry trends and competitor offerings
· Assist with prioritizing features based on impact, effort, and strategic alignment
· Coordinate feature rollouts, versioning, and post-launch support
· Translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences and vice versa
· Work with UI/UX team to ensure intuitive and accessible user experiences
· Ensure product features support go-to-market strategies and customer success
