Responsibilities
• Manage the product line life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities.
• Manage proper growing of the product according to the client & market needs, and team capacity
• Play the intermediary role between client and technical team to make sure both are on the same page.
• Manage and mentor a team of Product Owners, guiding them in backlog prioritization, sprint planning, and stakeholder communication. Ensure alignment between Product Owners and the overall product strategy and vision
• Set clear goals and KPIs for team members and support their career development.
• Foster a collaborative environment that promotes shared ownership and continuous learning.
• Standardize processes across squads to improve quality, velocity, and delivery.
• Specifying market requirements for current and future products by conducting market research using multiple channels supported by on-going calls and visits to customers and prospects.
• Prepare, maintain, and prioritize the product roadmap which defines product enhancements for short- and long-term releases.
• Participating in Developing and implementing a company-wide go-to-market plan.
• Overseeing interdepartmental activities to execute plans.
• Define feature roadmap for the products based on business opportunities and market research
• Work with sales management and other contributors to evaluate and prioritize opportunities and develop strategy.
• Create feature descriptions to provide guidance to Business Analysts and contribute and approve the product-related Business Requirements Documents.
• Help develop and deploy key market messages and communication strategies for the product line with Marketing Support team. (Including Release Notes, demonstrations, and Improvement Reports.)
• Monitor and analyze new technologies and inform company of their potential applications to our business. • Ensure appropriate service levels for the product line and Improve customer experiences.
• Report project status and progress professionally.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
• 7+ years of experience in IT companies with min of 3 years as a Product Manager.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in managing Software products or software engineering teams.
• Experience leading the end-to-end lifecycle using agile methodology.
• Familiarity with ALM tools i.e., DevOps or Jira.
• Track record of launching products and features to market.
• Deep knowledge of product design and development processes.
• Cross-functional team leadership skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Change Management skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience out rolling out new products, with all needed pre-requisites and requirements.
• Excellent reporting and presentation skills
• Technical experience is a preferred
