Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, deliver, and assess lessons based on the British Curriculum across various primary year groups.
- Create engaging and stimulating learning experiences that promote critical thinking and student engagement.
- Differentiating lessons to cater to diverse learning styles and abilities within the classroom.
- Monitor student progress and provide feedback that informs instructional adjustments and supports student growth.
- Build positive relationships with students, parents, and staff to promote a strong school community.
- Participate in collaborative planning and professional development activities to enhance teaching practices.
- Adhere to school policies, particularly in terms of safeguarding and the wellbeing of students.
- Engage in extracurricular activities and community events that enrich the school experience.
Requirements
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Primary Education or a related field.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or PGCE or equivalent teaching qualification.
- Minimum of 2–3 years of primary teaching experience, preferably within the British education system.
- Strong understanding of child development and effective teaching strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with parents and students effectively.
- Commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment.
