Egypt Education Platform is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Primary Homeroom Teacher for the Academic Year 2026-2027 at GEMS British International school of Madinaty. As a primary homeroom teacher, you will be responsible for creating a positive learning environment that supports the growth and development of each student.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, implement, and assess engaging lessons aligned with the national curriculum.
- Foster a supportive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes student well-being and success.
- Differentiate instruction to meet the diverse needs of learners.
- Maintain effective communication with parents regarding student progress and school activities.
- Contribute to the overall school community through participation in school events and extracurricular activities.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the educational experience and share best practices.
- Adhere to school policies and regulations, with a strong commitment to safeguarding and child protection.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field.
- Teaching qualification (e.g., QTS, PGCE) is highly desirable.
- At least 2 years of teaching experience in a primary setting.
- Strong understanding of child development and effective teaching methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Ability to build positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
