Main Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver dynamic lessons focusing on English language acquisition for primary students.
- Create a positive and nurturing classroom atmosphere that encourages student exploration and participation.
- Assess student progress, providing constructive feedback and support for academic growth.
- Engage with parents to maintain open communication about student achievements and school activities.
- Collaborate with colleagues on curriculum development and school initiatives.
- Participate in school events and continuous professional development opportunities.
Requirements
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Education, ESL, or a related field.
- Native English Speakers Only
- TEFL/TESOL certification or equivalent is preferred.
- At least 2 years of relevant teaching experience in primary education.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to connect with students and parents.
- A passion for education and a commitment to fostering a positive learning environment.
