  • Develop and implement comprehensive communication and PR strategies and implementation plans that support the overall marketing and business objectives.
  • Create high-quality content for various internal and external, owned and earned communication channels. Ensure consistent messaging and branding by developing brand-specific message houses, press kits and fact sheets.
  • Plan and execute PR events, press conferences, and media briefings. Coordinate logistics, manage invitations, and prepare spokespeople for public appearances.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key media outlets, journalists, and influencers. Proactively seek media opportunities and partnerships that amplify awareness and generate interest.
  • Engage with key stakeholders, including C-suite thought leaders, industry associations, and government officials, to promote the organization’s marketing communications goals.
  • Monitor public opinion and industry trends to inform communication strategies. Track and analyze the effectiveness of communication campaigns and initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Specialized training/certifications such as crisis communications or reputation management are advantageous.
  • Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Ability to think both strategically and creatively.
  • Solid understanding of digital media and social media platforms.
  • Excellent planning, time management and organizational skills.
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management abilities.
