- Develop and implement comprehensive communication and PR strategies and implementation plans that support the overall marketing and business objectives.
- Create high-quality content for various internal and external, owned and earned communication channels. Ensure consistent messaging and branding by developing brand-specific message houses, press kits and fact sheets.
- Plan and execute PR events, press conferences, and media briefings. Coordinate logistics, manage invitations, and prepare spokespeople for public appearances.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key media outlets, journalists, and influencers. Proactively seek media opportunities and partnerships that amplify awareness and generate interest.
- Engage with key stakeholders, including C-suite thought leaders, industry associations, and government officials, to promote the organization’s marketing communications goals.
- Monitor public opinion and industry trends to inform communication strategies. Track and analyze the effectiveness of communication campaigns and initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
- Specialized training/certifications such as crisis communications or reputation management are advantageous.
- Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills.
- Ability to think both strategically and creatively.
- Solid understanding of digital media and social media platforms.
- Excellent planning, time management and organizational skills.
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management abilities.
