As a Customer Consultant, you will be responsible for addressing client inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and offering expert advice on optimizing their search engine strategies. Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality support to Portuguese-speaking clients regarding our search engine services through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical challenges related to online media campaigns
- Document and track client interactions to ensure effective follow-up
- Assist clients in implementing best practices for search engine optimization and online advertising
- Work closely with internal teams to address complex inquiries and enhance overall client experience
- Gather and analyze client feedback to promote service improvements
- Participate in ongoing training to stay informed about industry advancements and technologies
Requirements
- Fluency in Portuguese and English, both written and verbal
