• Assist Portuguese-speaking clients with inquiries related to online payment solutions

• Document client interactions and maintain accurate records of inquiries and resolutions
• Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex client issues
• Gather feedback from clients to identify areas of improvement in our payment services
• Stay informed about industry trends and emerging payment technologies
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills

Requirements

• Fluency in Portuguese and English, both written and verbal
• Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset
