Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries in Portuguese via phone, chat, and email
• Provide assistance with account management, gaming rules, and promotional activities
• Record customer interactions accurately in our support databases
• Work closely with the marketing team to relay information about ongoing promotions
• Handle disputes with professionalism and escalate issues when necessary
• Stay informed on the latest gaming trends, regulations, and company updates

Requirements

• Fluency in Portuguese and English, both written and spoken
• Previous experience in a customer support role, preferably in the iGaming or online gaming field
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Comfortable working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
• Demonstrated ability to handle inquiries and resolve issues effectively
• Prior knowledge of iGaming platforms and compliance regulations is a plus
