In this important Entry Level role, you will provide exceptional support to our Portuguese-speaking clients who are utilizing our platforms to find virtual job opportunities and freelance gigs. Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries in Portuguese through email, phone, and chat
- Assist users with questions related to job searches, platform features, and account management
- Accurately document all client interactions and solutions in our CRM system
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex client issues
- Provide guidance on best practices for utilizing the platform effectively
- Collect and analyze user feedback to help improve our services
- Engage in ongoing training to stay up to date with product changes and enhancements
Requirements
- Fluency in Portuguese and English, both written and verbal
- Previous experience in customer support, particularly within virtual job forums or freelance platforms
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- A proactive approach to ensuring customer satisfaction
- Ability to manage multiple inquiries efficiently in a dynamic environment
- Familiarity with customer support tools and virtual job platforms
