In this Entry Level role, you will provide essential support to our Portuguese-speaking clients who rely on our virtual assistant services. Your ability to communicate effectively and empathetically will be key in assisting clients with their inquiries and ensuring a smooth experience.

Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries in Portuguese via phone, email, and chat
- Assist clients with questions related to virtual assistant services and features
- Document client interactions and solutions accurately in our CRM system
- Collaborate with internal teams to address and resolve complex client issues
- Provide detailed information on how to utilize our virtual assistant services effectively
- Gather client feedback to help improve service delivery and client satisfaction
- Participate in training sessions to enhance your knowledge of our offerings
Requirements
- Fluency in Portuguese and English, both written and verbal
- Previous experience in customer support, preferably in a virtual assistance or related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- A proactive approach to ensuring customer satisfaction
- Ability to manage multiple inquiries effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with customer support tools and systems
