In this vital Entry Level role, you will be the main point of contact for our Portuguese-speaking clients, providing them with exceptional support and assistance as they navigate their subscription services. Your fluency in Portuguese will help ensure clients receive the highest level of service and satisfaction.

Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries in Portuguese via phone, email, and chat
- Assist users with questions regarding account management, subscription features, and billing
- Document customer interactions and resolutions accurately in our CRM system
- Collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot and resolve client issues effectively
- Provide users with relevant information about subscription benefits and features
- Collect user feedback to improve our services and offerings
- Participate in training sessions to remain knowledgeable about our products and best practices
Requirements
- Fluency in Portuguese and English, both written and verbal
- Previous experience in customer support, preferably in subscription-based services or related industries
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
