In this dynamic Entry Level role, you will be the primary contact for our Portuguese-speaking users, providing them with outstanding support as they navigate our ride-sharing platform. Your fluency in Portuguese will be crucial in delivering a top-tier experience for our customers.

Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries in Portuguese via phone, email, and chat
- Assist users with questions related to ride bookings, account management, and app features
- Document all customer interactions accurately in our support system
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues efficiently
- Provide information and support regarding safe riding practices and user guidelines
- Gather feedback from users to help enhance the overall app experience
- Participate in training sessions to stay updated on new features and best practices
Requirements
- Fluency in Portuguese and English, both written and verbal
- Previous experience in customer support or a related field, especially in technology or ride-sharing
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
