In this Entry Level role, you will be the vital link between our Portuguese-speaking clients and our services, providing expert assistance and support as they navigate our marketplace platform.

Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries in Portuguese via phone, email, and chat
- Assist users with various issues regarding transactions, listings, and platform features
- Document all customer interactions accurately in our support systems
- Work with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
- Provide clients with guidance on effectively using the marketplace platform
- Gather and relay customer feedback to help improve our services
- Participate in training sessions to stay updated on system features and enhancements
Requirements
- Fluency in Portuguese and English, both written and verbal
- Experience in customer support, especially within online platforms or marketplaces
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- A proactive approach to achieving customer satisfaction
- Ability to manage multiple inquiries efficiently in a fast-paced environment
