Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries in Portuguese via phone, email, and chat
- Assist customers with questions related to home entertainment systems, including setup, troubleshooting, and feature usage
- Document customer interactions and resolutions accurately in our customer management system
- Collaborate with technical and product teams to resolve complex customer issues
- Provide insights on product features and offer personalized recommendations
- Gather customer feedback to improve our services and products
- Participate in training sessions to enhance your knowledge of the latest technologies and products
Requirements
- Fluency in Portuguese and English, both written and verbal
- Previous experience in customer support, preferably in technology or consumer electronics
