Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries in Portuguese via phone, email, and chat
- Assist clients with questions regarding product features, usage, and troubleshooting
- Document customer interactions and provide accurate follow-ups in our CRM system
- Collaborate with the technical support team to resolve complex issues
- Provide information about warranty policies, product care, and service options
- Gather customer feedback to help improve our products and services
- Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on product offerings and policies
Requirements
- Fluency in Portuguese and English, both written and verbal
- Previous experience in customer support, preferably in retail or home appliances
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Customer-focused attitude with a proactive approach
- Ability to manage multiple inquiries efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with customer support software and systems
