In this key entry level role, you will serve as the first point of contact for our Portuguese-speaking customers, providing them with exceptional support as they navigate our food delivery platform. Your fluency in Portuguese will play a crucial role in ensuring that our clients receive timely and effective assistance.

Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries in Portuguese via phone, email, and chat
- Assist clients with questions regarding orders, delivery statuses, and payment issues
- Document customer interactions and resolutions accurately in our CRM system
- Collaborate with delivery teams and internal staff to resolve complex issues
- Provide knowledgeable guidance on our food delivery options and promotions
- Gather customer feedback to enhance service quality
- Participate in training and development opportunities to improve product knowledge
Requirements
- Fluency in Portuguese and English, both written and verbal
- Prior experience in customer support, preferably in the food service or delivery sector
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
