Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries in Portuguese via email, phone, and chat
- Assist users with questions regarding app features, functionalities, and safety guidelines
- Document customer interactions and issues in our support system
- Collaborate with the product team to resolve user concerns
- Provide tips and best practices for enhancing user experience on the platform
- Gather user feedback to improve our services and functionalities
- Engage in team training sessions to keep updated on app developments
Requirements
- Fluency in Portuguese and English, both written and verbal
- Previous experience in customer support, particularly in the tech or social media sectors
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- A proactive approach to ensuring user safety and satisfaction
- Able to manage multiple customer interactions efficiently
- Familiarity with dating and social networking applications is a plus
