Mercier Consultancy is seeking a dedicated Portuguese Speaking Customer Support Representative for our Automotive Insurance & Claims Department for our client! In this vital Entry Level role, you will provide exceptional support to our Portuguese-speaking clients as they navigate their automotive insurance and claims processes. Your expertise and communication skills will ensure that our clients receive the assistance they need during often stressful situations.

Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries in Portuguese via phone, email, and chat regarding insurance policies and claims
- Assist clients in understanding their insurance coverage and the claims process
- Document customer interactions and resolutions accurately in our CRM system
- Collaborate with insurance adjusters and internal teams to resolve client issues
- Guide clients through the necessary paperwork and documentation for claims
- Gather feedback to improve service quality and customer satisfaction
- Engage in ongoing training to maintain up-to-date knowledge of insurance products and regulations
Requirements
- Fluency in Portuguese and English, both written and verbal
- Previous experience in customer support or in the automotive insurance industry preferred
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- A customer-focused mindset with a proactive approach to service
- Ability to manage multiple inquiries efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with insurance claims processes is a plus
