Portuguese Speaking - Customer Service Representative

Mercier Consultancy is seeking a Portuguese Speaking Customer Service Representative to join our vibrant team! In this role, you will be the frontline support for our Portuguese-speaking clients, providing exceptional service and resolving inquiries to ensure a positive customer experience. Your language skills will play a vital role in enhancing client relationships and satisfaction.

As the Customer Service Representative, you will engage with clients through various communication channels, addressing their needs with professionalism and attentiveness. You will be responsible for ensuring our customers feel valued and supported, making a significant impact in their experience with our services.

Responsibilities

• Address customer inquiries in Portuguese through phone, email, and chat
• Provide assistance with inquiries related to our products and services
• Maintain comprehensive records of customer interactions in our CRM system
• Work collaboratively with team members to resolve customer concerns
• Educate clients on our offerings and assist with technical issues
• Collect customer feedback to drive improvements in service
• Commit to continuous learning to stay updated on our product lines

Requirements

• Fluency in Portuguese and English, both written and verbal
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Experience in customer service or a related field is advantageous
• Ability to handle multiple inquiries in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented with solid problem-solving capabilities
• Customer-oriented approach with a passion for helping others
• Experience with customer support tools is a plus
