Mercier Consultancy is excited to announce a position for a Portuguese Speaking Customer Service Representative for our Client's Online Retail Department. In this engaging Junior position role, you will provide outstanding support to our Portuguese-speaking customers, helping them navigate their online shopping experience with ease and confidence.
Your fluency in Portuguese will be vital as you assist clients with inquiries regarding product information, order status, returns, and promotions. By fostering a positive customer experience, you will play a crucial role in enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty to our brand.
Responsibilities
- Offer exceptional customer service in Portuguese through phone, email, and chat for online retail inquiries
- Assist customers with product details, availability, and order management
- Handle returns, exchanges, and resolve any customer complaints professionally
- Document all customer interactions accurately in our CRM system
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient order fulfillment and issue resolution
- Gather feedback from customers to help improve our retail offerings and services
- Stay updated on retail trends, promotions, and product launches to provide informed assistance
Requirements
- Fluent in Portuguese and English, with excellent communication skills
- Exceptional customer service skills and a proactive problem-solving approach
- Prior experience in customer service, particularly in online retail, is preferred
- Able to handle multiple inquiries and provide timely resolutions
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
- Genuine interest in online shopping and helping customers navigate the retail space
- Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems is a plus
