Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer support to Portuguese-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat regarding media products and services.
- Assist customers with inquiries about subscriptions, content access, and troubleshooting issues.
- Handle customer complaints and feedback effectively, ensuring a positive resolution to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the company's media offerings to provide accurate information to clients.
- Document customer interactions thoroughly to track service quality and identify improvement areas.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address complex inquiries and enhance the customer experience.
- Stay updated on industry trends and company promotions to better assist customers.
Requirements
- Fluency in Portuguese and English, both written and spoken.
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the media or entertainment sector.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and provide clear instructions to clients.
- Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- A passion for media and entertainment, along with a willingness to learn about new content and services.
