Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality customer service to Portuguese-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat platforms.
- Assist clients with inquiries related to government services and information.
- Guide users through processes such as application submissions, documentation requirements, and service updates.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of government programs and policies to address client needs effectively.
- Handle complaints and escalate issues when necessary, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Document all interactions accurately to maintain compliance and provide feedback for service improvement.
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance service delivery and efficiency.
Requirements
- Fluency in Portuguese and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in customer service, particularly in the government or public sector is preferred.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
- Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
