Mercier Consultancy is seeking an enthusiastic Portuguese Speaking Customer Service Representative to join our Fitness & Sports Equipment Department for one of our clients. In this dynamic Entry Level role, you will provide exceptional support to our Portuguese-speaking customers, helping them with inquiries related to our fitness and sports equipment offerings.
Your fluency in Portuguese will be essential for assisting clients with product information, order placements, and resolving any concerns they may have. As a vital member of our team, you will help foster a positive customer experience that promotes healthy living and fitness.
Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service in Portuguese via phone, email, and chat for fitness and sports equipment inquiries
- Assist customers with product selection, order processing, and after-sales support
- Resolve customer issues promptly and effectively while maintaining high satisfaction levels
- Document customer interactions in our CRM system accurately
- Work with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment
- Gather customer feedback to help improve our product offerings and services
- Stay updated on fitness trends and new product launches within the industry
Requirements
- Fluent in both Portuguese and English, with excellent communication skills
- Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities
- Prior experience in customer service, preferably in the fitness or sports equipment sector, is a plus
- Able to manage multiple inquiries efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Passion for fitness and helping customers achieve their health goals
- Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems is advantageous
