Mercier Consultancy is seeking a passionate Portuguese Speaking Customer Service Representative to join our Eco-Friendly Products Department for one of our clients. In this vital Entry Level role, you will provide outstanding support to our Portuguese-speaking customers, assisting them with their inquiries about sustainable and eco-friendly products.
Your fluency in Portuguese will enable you to effectively communicate the benefits of our products, answer questions, and guide customers through their purchasing decisions. As part of our commitment to sustainability, your contribution will play a significant role in educating consumers and promoting environmentally responsible choices.
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality customer service in Portuguese through phone, email, and chat regarding eco-friendly product inquiries
- Assist customers with product selection, order processing, and post-purchase support
- Resolve customer issues and concerns professionally and efficiently
- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in our CRM system
- Collaborate with product teams to provide customers with up-to-date information on eco-friendly offerings
- Gather customer feedback to help improve our products and services
- Stay informed about sustainability trends and practices to better assist our clients
Requirements
- Fluency in both Portuguese and English, with excellent communication skills
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on sustainability and eco-friendly practices
- Prior experience in customer service, especially in retail or eco-friendly products, is preferred
- Able to manage multiple customer inquiries effectively
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Passion for environmental sustainability and helping customers make informed choices
- Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems is an advantage
