Mercier Consultancy is looking for a motivated Portuguese Speaking Customer Service Representative to join our Beauty & Skincare Products Department for one of our clients. In this exciting Entry Level role, you will provide exceptional support to our Portuguese-speaking customers, assisting them with inquiries about our beauty and skincare products while promoting a positive shopping experience.
Your fluency in Portuguese will be essential as you guide customers through product selection, address concerns, and assist with orders. You will play a crucial role in enhancing customer satisfaction and supporting our mission to deliver the best beauty and skincare solutions.
Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service in Portuguese via phone, email, and chat regarding beauty and skincare products
- Assist customers with product inquiries, recommendations, and order processing
- Resolve customer concerns and complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure proper order fulfillment and inventory management
- Gather customer feedback to help improve our product offerings and services
- Stay current on beauty and skincare trends to provide informed recommendations
Requirements
- Fluency in Portuguese and English, with excellent communication skills
- Strong customer service skills and a passion for beauty and skincare products
- Prior experience in customer service, particularly in the beauty industry, is preferred
- Ability to manage multiple customer inquiries efficiently
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Enthusiasm for helping customers find the right products for their needs
- Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems is a plus
