Your responsibilities:
Requirements
Fluency in Portuguese.
Strong command of English, both written and spoken.
Previous experience in customer support/customer care (considered an asset).
Excellent communication skills.
A problem-solving mindset and sense of ownership.
Tech-savviness and willingness to learn.
A positive and proactive attitude.
You must be eligible to work in the EU at the time of application.
