Portuguese Speaking Consultant for SaaS & Cloud Computing Department

Mercier Consultancy is excited to announce an opportunity for a Portuguese Speaking Consultant to join our SaaS & Cloud Computing Department for one of our clients. In this key Entry Level role, you will provide valuable support and expertise to our Portuguese-speaking clients, helping them navigate our Software as a Service (SaaS) and cloud computing solutions. Your role is vital in ensuring clients understand the features and benefits of our offerings, leading them to make informed decisions that enhance their operational efficiency.

Your responsibilities will include conducting product demonstrations, addressing client inquiries, and troubleshooting any technical challenges they may face. Through your efforts, you will help maintain high levels of client satisfaction and foster lasting relationships.

Responsibilities

• Assist Portuguese-speaking clients with inquiries related to SaaS and cloud computing products
• Provide tailored training sessions and product demonstrations to ensure client understanding
• Troubleshoot technical issues and deliver timely solutions
• Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions and support requests
• Collaborate with internal teams to communicate client feedback and contribute to product enhancements
• Stay up to date with industry trends and inform clients about new features and offerings

Requirements

• Fluency in Portuguese and English, both written and verbal
• Strong communication skills with a focus on customer service
• A basic understanding of SaaS and cloud computing concepts is preferred
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• A proactive approach with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
• Experience in customer support or consulting is an advantage but not mandatory
• A passion for technology and eagerness to remain informed on industry developments is essential
