Mercier Consultancy is thrilled to offer a unique opportunity for a Portuguese Speaking Consultant in our Online Ticketing & Event Services Department for one of our clients. In this Entry Level key role, you will assist Portuguese-speaking clients in effectively managing their events and ticketing operations, ensuring they achieve their attendance goals and deliver outstanding experiences for their audiences.
As a consultant, you will engage with clients to understand their event needs and provide tailored advice and solutions. Your proficiency in Portuguese will be crucial in building strong relationships and delivering exceptional support throughout the ticketing process.
Responsibilities
- Assist Portuguese-speaking clients with inquiries related to our online ticketing and event services
- Guide clients through the event setup process and ticket sales optimization
- Deliver training and support on ticketing platform features and best practices
- Troubleshoot any issues clients may face during the ticketing process
- Document client interactions and maintain comprehensive records of support requests
- Coordinate with internal teams to relay client feedback and enhance service levels
- Stay informed about the latest trends and innovations in ticketing and event management
Requirements
- Fluency in Portuguese and English, both written and spoken
- Excellent communication skills and a strong customer service orientation
- Basic knowledge of online ticketing and event services is an advantage
- Problem-solving abilities with a focus on client satisfaction
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Prior experience in customer support or a related field is beneficial but not required
- A genuine interest in event management and ticketing technology is highly desirable
