Mercier Consultancy is excited to announce an opening for a Portuguese Speaking Consultant for our Client's Online Payment Solutions Department. In this essential entry level role, you will provide dedicated support to our Portuguese-speaking clients, helping them optimize their online payment systems and navigate transaction challenges.
As a consultant, your focus will be on delivering tailored solutions that meet the specific needs of each client. You will work closely with clients to address their inquiries and enhance their understanding of our payment solutions, ensuring a seamless experience.
Responsibilities
- Assist Portuguese-speaking clients with inquiries related to online payment solutions
- Conduct training and support sessions on payment system features and best practices
- Efficiently troubleshoot and resolve client issues to maintain high service levels
- Document all client interactions and support activities in a clear and organized manner
- Collaborate with team members to resolve complex client problems and implement effective solutions

Requirements
- Fluency in Portuguese and English, both written and spoken
