Portuguese Speaking Client Support Specialist

Mercier Consultancy is seeking a Portuguese Speaking Client Support Specialist to join our dedicated team! Responsibilities

• Respond to client inquiries in Portuguese through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat
• Assist clients with product-related questions and resolve any issues they may encounter
• Document client interactions and feedback accurately in our CRM system
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex inquiries and enhance service delivery
• Provide training and support to clients on the effective use of our products and services
• Gather client feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions
• Contribute to maintaining high levels of client satisfaction and loyalty

Requirements

• Fluency in Portuguese and English, both written and verbal
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Previous experience in customer support or a related role is preferred
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude with a commitment to providing outstanding client service
• Familiarity with customer support tools and software is advantageous
