Job Title: Porter

As a Porter, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our facilities are clean, organized, and welcoming for both staff and patrons.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain cleanliness of the facility, including restrooms, break rooms, and public areas.
- Perform routine cleaning duties, such as sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming.
- Empty trash, dispose of waste properly, and replenish cleaning supplies as needed.
- Assist with minor maintenance tasks and report any significant issues to the management.
- Help set up and dismantle equipment for events and meetings.
- Provide a friendly and welcoming atmosphere by assisting employees and customers with inquiries.
- Adhere to safety and operational protocols at all times.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior experience in a custodial or similar role is advantageous.

- Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented attitude.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if necessary.
- Basic knowledge of cleaning supplies and equipment is a plus.
