In this exciting position, you will be the go-to person for our Polish-speaking customers, helping them navigate our auction platform and providing exceptional support throughout their bidding experience.

Responsibilities
- Provide customer support in Polish via email, phone, and chat
- Assist users with inquiries related to auctions, bids, and platform functionalities
- Document customer interactions and resolutions accurately in our support system
- Collaborate with the technical team to resolve platform-related issues
- Guide customers through the auction process and provide tips for successful bidding
- Collect customer feedback to help improve the platform and services
- Participate in training sessions to stay updated on new features and changes
Requirements
- Fluency in Polish and English, both written and verbal
- Previous experience in customer support, particularly in online platforms or auctions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- A proactive and customer-centric approach to service
- Capability to handle multiple inquiries efficiently in a busy environment
- Familiarity with customer support software and auction systems is a plus
