In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our Polish-speaking clients, helping them navigate the exciting world of VR and AR technologies. Your expertise will ensure that customers receive the support and guidance they need to fully engage with our innovative products.

Responsibilities
- Provide customer support in Polish via email, phone, and chat
- Assist clients with inquiries related to our VR and AR products and services
- Document all interactions and solutions in our customer management system
- Work closely with the technical team to resolve complex client issues
- Guide clients on how to effectively use our products for optimal experiences
- Gather and relay customer feedback for continuous improvement of our offerings
- Participate in training sessions to stay updated on product developments
Requirements
- Fluency in Polish and English, both written and verbal
- Previous experience in customer support, preferably in the technology or gaming sectors
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- A passion for virtual and augmented reality technologies
- Ability to manage multiple inquiries effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with customer support software and technology solutions
