Polish Speaking Customer Support for Subscription-Based Services Department

Mercier Consultancy is excited to announce an opening for a Polish Speaking Customer Support Representative in our Subscription-Based Services Department! In this role, you will provide essential support to our Polish-speaking clients, assisting them with their inquiries and ensuring they have a seamless experience with our subscription services. Your ability to communicate effectively will be key in helping customers resolve issues and optimize their subscriptions.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries in Polish via phone, email, and chat
• Assist clients with questions about subscription services, account management, and billing
• Accurately document customer interactions and resolutions in our support system
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues effectively
• Provide guidance on optimal use of subscription services
• Gather customer feedback to enhance service offerings
• Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on service changes

Requirements

• Fluency in Polish and English, both written and verbal
• Previous experience in customer support, preferably in subscription services or related fields
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• A proactive approach to helping customers
• Ability to multitask and manage inquiries in a busy environment
• Familiarity with customer support tools and CRM systems
