Mercier Consultancy is seeking a dedicated Polish Speaking Customer Support Representative for our Streaming TV & Movie Services Department! Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries in Polish via email, phone, and chat
- Assist clients with questions related to streaming services, content access, and account management
- Accurately document customer interactions and resolutions in our CRM system
- Collaborate with the technical team to troubleshoot and resolve service issues
- Provide information on new releases and service features
- Gather and relay customer feedback to improve service delivery
- Participate in training sessions to stay updated on services and best practices
Requirements
- Fluency in Polish and English, both written and verbal
- Experience in customer support, particularly within the streaming or entertainment sector
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
