Mercier Consultancy is excited to announce an opening for a Polish Speaking Customer Support Representative in our Client's Ride-Sharing App Department! In this integral entry level role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our Polish-speaking users, assisting them with inquiries regarding our ride-sharing service. Your linguistic skills will be essential in ensuring clear communication and a seamless experience for our valued customers.

Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries in Polish via phone, email, and chat
- Assist clients with questions about the ride-sharing app features, booking rides, and account issues
- Document customer interactions and resolutions accurately in our CRM system
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and improve customer experience
- Provide information on promotions, policies, and new features of the app
- Gather feedback from users to help enhance our services
- Engage in ongoing training to stay updated on app developments and customer support techniques
Requirements
- Fluency in Polish and English, both written and verbal
- Previous experience in customer support, ideally within the ride-sharing or technology sector
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- A proactive attitude towards delivering exceptional customer service
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
