Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries in Polish via phone, email, and chat
- Assist clients with questions related to real estate management processes and services
- Document all customer interactions accurately in our CRM system
- Collaborate with internal teams to address complex client issues
- Provide clients with detailed information and guidance about our services
- Gather and analyze customer feedback to improve service offerings
- Participate in training sessions to stay updated on real estate trends and company services
Requirements
- Fluency in Polish and English, both written and verbal
- Prior experience in customer support, preferably in the real estate or property management sector
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
