Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries in Polish via phone, email, and chat
• Provide assistance on product information, order statuses, and return processes
• Document customer interactions and ensure a seamless experience through our CRM system
• Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and feedback
• Maintain a thorough understanding of our luxury brand offerings
• Gather and relay customer feedback for service improvement
• Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and service skills

Requirements

• Fluency in Polish and English, both written and verbal
• Previous experience in customer support, preferably in luxury retail or a related field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• A customer-focused mindset with a commitment to providing high-quality service
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a dynamic environment
• Familiarity with customer support tools and systems
