In this essential role, you will be the primary contact for our Polish-speaking clients, assisting them with inquiries and providing guidance related to our home security solutions and alarm systems.

Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries in Polish through phone, email, and chat
- Assist clients with questions regarding home security products and alarm systems
- Document customer interactions and solutions accurately in our CRM system
- Collaborate with the technical team to solve complex customer issues
- Provide detailed information about product features, troubleshooting steps, and security best practices
- Collect client feedback to improve service offerings
- Participate in training to enhance knowledge of our home security systems
Requirements
- Fluency in Polish and English, both written and verbal
- Previous experience in customer support, preferably in the security or technology sector
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
