Polish Speaking Customer Support for Food Delivery Service Department

In this vital role, you will serve as the main point of contact for our Polish-speaking clients, providing exceptional support and assistance related to their food delivery inquiries and needs. Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries in Polish via phone, email, and chat
• Assist clients with questions regarding their food delivery orders, menu options, and service availability
• Accurately document customer interactions and resolutions in our CRM system
• Collaborate with internal teams to address and resolve client issues
• Provide clients with information on safety and hygiene measures related to food delivery
• Gather feedback from clients to help improve our services
• Engage in training sessions to enhance knowledge of our food delivery service

Requirements

• Fluency in Polish and English, both written and verbal
• Previous experience in customer support, preferably in the food delivery or service industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• A proactive approach to ensuring customer satisfaction
• Ability to manage multiple inquiries efficiently in a busy environment
