Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries in Polish via email, phone, and chat
- Assist clients with questions related to electronics repair, warranty claims, and service options
- Document client interactions and resolutions accurately in our CRM system
- Collaborate with repair technicians and internal teams to resolve customer issues
- Provide clear information on warranty terms, repair processes, and timelines
- Collect customer feedback to improve our service offering
- Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and service skills
Requirements
- Fluency in Polish and English, both written and verbal
- Previous experience in customer support, ideally in the electronics or service industry
