Mercier Consultancy is excited to offer Polish Speaking Customer Service Positions in Greece for our Customer Service (CS) Department. We are looking for motivated individuals who are passionate about providing exceptional support and have strong communication skills in Polish.
In this role, you will assist our Polish-speaking customers by addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and providing relevant information about our services. Your contribution will be vital in ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering strong relationships with our clientele.
Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service in Polish through various channels such as phone, email, and chat
- Assist customers with inquiries and concerns related to our CS Department services
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM system
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues
- Gather customer feedback to help improve services
- Stay updated on company offerings and changes in services
- Engage in continuous training to enhance your customer service skills
Requirements
- Fluent in both Polish and English with excellent communication skills
- Strong customer service orientation and ability to problem-solve
- Prior experience in customer service is preferred, particularly in relevant fields
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple inquiries
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational abilities
- Passionate about providing top-notch customer experiences
- Familiarity with customer support platforms and CRM systems is advantageous
