In this position, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding support to our Polish-speaking customers, addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and providing detailed information regarding our services in the Imperial Department. Your contributions will be essential in ensuring a positive customer experience and establishing lasting relationships.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service in Polish through various channels, including phone, email, and chat
- Assist clients with questions and concerns related to our Imperial Department services
- Accurately document customer interactions in our CRM system
- Collaborate with internal teams to promptly resolve customer issues
- Gather customer feedback and relay insights for service enhancement
- Stay informed about departmental offerings and updates
- Participate in ongoing training to improve customer service skills
Requirements
- Proficient in both Polish and English with strong communication abilities
- Exceptional customer service skills and a proactive problem-solving attitude
- Prior experience in customer service is preferred, especially in relevant sectors
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while effectively managing multiple inquiries
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Passion for delivering excellent customer experiences
- Experience with customer support platforms and CRM systems is a bonus
