Mercier Consultancy is seeking a compassionate Polish Speaking Customer Service Representative to join our Veterinary Services Department. In this important role, you will be the primary point of contact for our Polish-speaking clients, assisting them with inquiries related to veterinary services and ensuring they receive the best possible care for their pets.
Your fluency in Polish will be essential as you communicate effectively with pet owners, helping them understand our veterinary offerings, scheduling appointments, and addressing any concerns they may have. Your empathetic approach will help foster trust and loyalty among our clients while contributing to the well-being of their beloved animals.
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service in Polish via phone, email, and chat for veterinary service inquiries
- Assist clients with appointment scheduling, service information, and pet health resources
- Address client concerns and feedback in a timely and professional manner
- Document all customer interactions accurately in our CRM system
- Collaborate with veterinary staff to ensure effective communication and service delivery
- Gather and relay customer feedback to improve our veterinary services
- Stay informed about veterinary practices and pet care trends to support clients effectively
Requirements
- Fluency in Polish and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills
- Experience in customer service, particularly in veterinary or pet services, is preferred
- Able to manage multiple inquiries efficiently
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
- Genuine passion for animals and helping pet owners
- Familiarity with customer support technologies and CRM systems is beneficial
