Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service to Polish-speaking clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries related to products, orders, and returns, ensuring a seamless shopping experience.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and effectively while maintaining a polite and professional demeanor.
- Maintain knowledge of the company’s product offerings, promotions, and policies to provide accurate information to customers.
- Document and track customer interactions and feedback for quality assurance and improvement.
- Work collaboratively with team members to improve processes and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment.
Requirements
- Fluency in Polish and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in customer service, particularly in the retail industry, is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle customer complaints and provide effective solutions.
- Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
