Mercier Consultancy is looking for a dedicated Polish Speaking Customer Service Representative to join our Public Transport Services Department. In this vital role, you will provide outstanding support to our Polish-speaking customers, helping them navigate our public transport services and addressing any inquiries they may have.
Your fluency in Polish will be essential as you assist clients with information regarding routes, schedules, ticketing, and any issues related to public transport. Your expertise in customer service will ensure that our clients receive prompt and accurate assistance, contributing to a positive travel experience.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries in Polish via phone, email, and chat regarding public transport services
- Assist customers with route planning, ticket purchases, and service updates
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner
- Document customer interactions and feedback in our CRM system
- Collaborate with operational teams to ensure effective service delivery
- Provide information about public transport policies and procedures
- Stay informed about changes in service schedules and local transport regulations
Requirements
- Fluent in Polish and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on problem-solving
- Prior experience in customer service, especially in public transport or related industries, is preferred
- Able to manage multiple inquiries efficiently and prioritize tasks
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Passionate about public transport and helping customers navigate their travel needs
- Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems is a plus
